When your furnace starts to act up a little bit you can either call a professional to get it fixed/replaced or you can tinker yourself and save a few dollars. Of course if you go the DIY route, and then head to Vegas for a kid free break, rest assured you’ll receive the “Daddy - the house is freezing!” message, along with an angry “I told you so!” from the better half. Finding myself in that situation and a long way from home, a call to Jay kicked off an incredibly smooth and stress free interaction. Within 24 hours we had a site inspection to determine our needs, a stopgap offer of space heaters to survive a cold night, and ultimately a new (and far superior) furnace keeping our house nice and warm. Terrific response time, exceptional customer service and a wonderful installation. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ambitech, it really was a great experience from start to finish!
