We had a picture window that had a discoloring haze and moisture building up between the panes of glass. Steve explained that we had seal failure which was causing the problem. Steve offered to replace the glass to save us some money but we decided we would like to have additional ventalation and bought two opening windows (Steve calls them casement windows).
