The two young men that showed up to service the dishwasher were able to detect the problem right away. The problem was a very simple one, I had issues with closing the dishwasher door and starting the cleaning process. The Asko dishwasher is very sensitive and needs to closed quickly after the beep and gently! Problem soved!
