Our experience with Novel care was fantastic from start to finish. We were looking to have a new water heater and furnace installed. Alan came out and gave us a very detailed quote. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Alan provided us with great information. Sean & Julies did the install. They were very punctual and got right to work. They didn’t stop until the job was completed. They were meticulous about every detail, and about keeping the site tidy. Both were very skilled, hard workers that were also very professional and friendly. When they were finished, they reviewed everything with us and gave us great maintenance tips. They really went above and beyond! We are thrilled with the work that was done, and the service we received from everyone at Novelcare !
