We were totally impressed with the service. The contractor and his crew was very efficient, courteous and professional. The windows are certainly going to be a lot more energy efficient than the old ones they replaced. We are going to look forward to not having to put plastic on them in the winter. The contractor that Brock Windows sent out to do the job is getting a big thumbs up from us . The crew was able to get the job done in a timely manner and they took the time to explain the benefits and functions of the windows to our satisfaction.
