Smart Choice Contracting was recommended by a very trusted friend, who is in the Real Estate business. They were thoroughly professional, polite and punctual. Radek and Silvio did an excellent job fixing problems which were the result of shoddy work by a previous contractor. They not only worked on what they were contracted for but also attended to other issues they found. The work they did looks great and will remain so for years to come

I got the home inspection done by Shiela. She was a thorough professional, very knowledgeable and efficient. Getting to know details about the house you are going to buy makes you feel secure. Having a Carson Dunlop backing home insurance takes that secured feeling further
