I like shopping at Rockys because I don't feel overwhelmed like I do at other stores. I wish they had more people on staff to help when you have questions. I went there last weekend, and unfortunately, there were only two people working on a busy Saturday afternoon. Nice local atmosphere, but don't expect great service.

I enjoy shopping at Jo-Anns, I don't feel the same pressure to buy that I do at Micheals. I wish they would have more selection, but I like the way the products are arranged and presented. The sales people are more service oriented during the week, than on weekends when highschool kids take over the register.

I always know I can find anything I need for arts and crafts supplies at Michael's. The complaint I have is in the presentation: items are packed in and sometimes is looks pretty sloppy in the store. Additionally, it is hard to find a sales person to help locate items.

Going into Cowls, I didn't know what to expect since I have no experience with buying lumber or with any type of carpentry. I was given excellent service in choosing the right type of wood for the project, and was made to feel very comfortable.

I stop in at Annie's twice a year, in the spring and in December. In the spring, I purchase my herbs and garden tools. There is always someone to help me out with identification, and planting tips. In December, I shop at Annie's for beautiful wreaths, laurel, and holly. My two kids love to come with me to Annie's.
