Spoke with James on the phone. Very knowledgable. Scheduled time to come out that was best for me and was right on time. James came with trainee, Leanne. They were friendly and efficient. James offered all my options. Repair (parts) was expensive but to be expected with the machine I own. Will call them again and/or recommend.
