We are very satisfied with the work ARPIs did and would recommend them to anyone. One of our furnaces stopped working after 29 years of service, and we decided to look into replacing both furnaces with modern high efficiency models. ARPIs had replaced our hot water tanks 3 years ago, and we were impressed with their work then, so we called for an estimate. ARPIs seems to be very good at how they communicate with the customer. Kirk came out to assess the job and give us an estimate. He took his time to address how the details of our job would be handled and explained them well, then gave a very clear written quote with options. Once we had decided to give the job to ARPIs, they were able to start a couple days later, and completed the job in a day and a half. The installers, Jason and Matt, were professional and very capable. They communicated and explained things well. At the end of the first day, they had both new furnaces operational. On the second day, they worked with me to get the thermostats connected to our wifi and set up so that we can control the system from our phones. Everything was clean when they left both days. With the old system, the temperature used to swing from a little too warm to a little too cold with each cycle, and there were some rooms that were always a little colder. Now the temperature stays more uniformly comfortable, and the furnace is quieter.
