TM - Etobicoke in Vaughan

I bought a sofa and 4 chairs at UpCountry in 2018. They were delivered in September 2018. Today, six months later the sofa has balls all over it (it’s called pilling) - I called UpCountry and they told me to “shave” the sofa - seriously - after only 6 months, they’re telling me to shave my sofa???? I paid this sofa almost $6000.00 - As for the chairs, they’re called the Mimi chair - well they are supposed to be leather and they are already wearing out and you can see the lining under the leather -- I wrote to the owner and didn’t even get a response - NEVER BUY FROM UP COUNTRY THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT YOU - ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY.
