Our old air conditioner gave up on us on the day we had a heat warning. Called a couple of places to fix or replace of the machine. Other technicians didn't even bother to check our machine saying it's too old and not worth to fix. They just rushed to give us a quote for replacing it. (He checked the dimension of the furnace room to make sure to recommend the right machine with a right size which no other people did.) Mario came to our house to gave us a quote to deal with basement leakage. He gave us all the possible options (interior or exterior water proofing) with detailed explanations. Mario and his crew always arrived on time, finished the work within 3 days as promised, and spend extra time to grade soil and put back gravels on properly. Mario sent me pictures of the site to explain what was done that day and the crew cleaned up all their mess each time as well. I am very impressed with how Mario interact with us.
