I am so impressed with the tiling job Billy did and with his professionalism from the minute I called him to the minute he packed up his truck, leaving an immaculate workspace and a beautiful tiling job. The backsplash in my kitchen was very likely extremely challenging to install because the countertop is not straight and one wall is bowed. I never heard a complaint or an excuse. Instead, Billy worked hard to do a great job that has transformed my kitchen. In a few short hours, my kitchen was completed and Billy also installed marble tile around the fireplace in our den. I hope Billy uses my name as a reference as I will be more than happy to recommend him to anyone looking to have top-notch work done from beginning to end.

Priority Plumbing comes to your home and takes a lot of time to put together 3 options for you to get your kitchen drain unclogged. After more than a 1/2 hour, I was presented with the most expensive option - which was to jet the pipes - at $1,154. The least expensive option to snake the drain would have set me back more than $300 and Greg was skeptical if that would work as he could not pinpoint the clog. Instead, I paid Greg his $49 fee and sent him on his way. My regular guys, who incidentally have a Homestars Star, came later that day. I had called them in the morning, but they were busy, so I told them I'd call them back if I couldn't find someone else, as I was in a pinch. As usual, they arrived, didn't waste my time (pretty great as I have children) and charged me $175 to snake the drain. I told my guy about the experience with Priority earlier in the day and he was incredulous. He said the clog was plain as day. Anyway, this is my first negative review of a company on Homestars, but I feel obligated to report this as I don't think anyone likes to feel ripped off.

We live in a semi-detached home in Forest Hill. We decided to replace the roof due to damage done to the shingles by squirrels and general wear and tear. Along with our attached neighbours, we had three companies quote on the job. Roof Repairs Only was one of the companies that provided a quote and they came highly recommended by another neighbour. Their quote of $6,500 for both houses was exactly half the cost of the next highest quote. The highest quote we received was stratospheric. We gave the job to Marcel at Roof Repairs Only and are completely delighted with the results and were also impressed with the entire process. Marcel deals with the Cambridge brand of shingles, which are great quality and look a little like cedar shakes. Whether it was to provide the quote or to drop off samples or to start the job, Marcel always showed up exactly when he said he would. His team was professional, courteous, knowlegeable and tidy. Marcel obviously treats his team with respect as the guys each represent his company well (even when he was not on the job site). My husband and I and our neighbours are thoroughly impressed with the workmanship, the shingles themselves, and the price. I can't recommend these guys highly enough.
