They promised to be here within 3 hrs after a snowfall - I waited 72 until I got fed up and cleared it myself. Receptionist answers the phone, doesn't ask your voucher number or address and says "they will be there", NOT! When I called back she said, "it's not my fault". ya, oK! Website says they can be contacted 24/7 is a false. You press 0 to speak to a receptionist only to be told that extension does not exist. They are BIG TIME scammers who wanted quick cash, but it looks like they have more refunds than sales at this point! I LOATH THEM!
