Rich and Bak are great to work with. One is the designer/salesperson and the other appears to be the Jack of All Trades. There was excellent communications throughout both the planning and construction faze. The job was completed on budget, on time, and upgrades were permitted in partnership with homeowner agreement on things such as tile and fixture choices. Attention to detail was a standout feature of the workmanship.

Great consultation and guidance from sales rep Roger. Work performed on time, efficiently, and attention to detail. Roger was present for all work assuring it was completed exactly as discussed and contracted.

The service provided is excellent. Cleaners arrive with their own equipment and supplies to ensue consistent results. Crews arrive with several people to ensure quick results with minimal disruption if home. Special towel folding and other signature touches remind you of the recent visit. Emailing is provided a day or two in advance to notify you of their upcoming ETA. My girlfriend was so impressed with the service she now has them doing her place.

I recently had Java Electric instal pot lights in my home. I found both Antonio and Pierre to be punctual, professional, and personable. They worked well with me to establish a design pattern that fit my needs. The actual work was both precise and done with no damage to my home. Furthermore extreme care was taken to minimize any mess and clean up what little there was afterwards. All work was completed on time and at the prices quoted. Additionally they made sure that I was completely happy with the work and even made some small tedious adjustments to the angle of several of the lights to ensure that I was completely happy with the work before they departed. ***HIGHLY RECOMMENDED***
