BEWARE! Louis Henry takes deposits and cant deliver on a project. Do not trust him or anyone from Amasis Construction for your project. I entered into written contract with Louis to pour a concrete pad for our home in order for us to install some steel stairs. A seemingly simple project which he completely screwed up and walked away from. Check out the state of the project in the attached photo. This is what he left us with after taking 80% of the money for the job. He cant quote properly, he can't manage a project and build to a site plan and he can't deliver a finished project. I ended up having to call 3 little pigs masonry who came in, fixed all of Amasis screw ups and got our project back on track. Call them instead.

David Fritz and the three little pigs masonry crew saved our project! We were totally ripped off by another contractor who essentially destroyed our front yard and ran off with our money. I reached out to David in a bind and they delivered. They were able to clean up the site, finish the demolishing that was left over, levelled and poured a perfect concrete pad all within 4 days. They are very professional, attentive and always got back to me. I highly recommend using them for your project, real gems in what is complicated landscape to navigate

We had some water damaged floors and it became apparent that we would need to have them replaced. After reaching out to multiple companies, i finally found Wonder Woods. From the very start Thales went out of his way to help us out. He was incredibly punctual, visited us on sight a couple of times to review the work needed and advised as to what the best solution would be. Their craftsmanship is Excellent, payed close attention to detail and their pricing was very competitive. I always have trouble finding tradespeople and craftsman that I can trust and work with. Most don't give you priority unless you have a huge expensive job for them. When you find quality people, hold on to them. Wonder Woods is that kind of company.

Last night was the second time the technician was two hours late and it was the 2nd time i had to cancel my evening plans because of them. I was a reapeat customer, have given them over 1000 dollars worth of business over the past few months. The appointment was for between 4-6, i even called that day to confirm the time. 6 o'clock arrived with no word from them. i called and they told me he will be by at 7:30. once he arrived he kept saying how he wanted to reschedule the appointment even though it was very important to me to have it connected that night. I tried to get a discount on the service (which i found rather expensive) due to the fact that they wasted my whole evening, they would do nothing for for me. i will not be using them again, I do not recommend them to others. There are so many better companies out there that respect their clients. Cosmo definetly does not. Steven Flaming
