As bad as my expeience was at one lighting center, my experience at Raymar was the complete opposite. I needed to buy a "hurricane chimney" for our dining room lighting fixture. Our attempt at one store was a disaster (rude and totally unhelpful). However, at Raymar the people were more than obliging, they went out of their way to find the part I needed. Based on this experience I would have no hesitation in returning to buy any lamp or other lighting fixture.
