We purchased two items from Baby Boudoir as we outfitted our baby's nursery: a convertible crib and a custom rocker. They offer the Legacy line of cribs that convert to full-size beds. The crib is not rickety at all, and we have never had a problem with anything breaking or wearing down. Baby Boudoir also carries the Dutalier glider rockers. Both the crib and the rocker were custom orders. The staff at Baby Boudoir were professional and helpful in helping us navigate the ordering process. We were even able to purchase the items on layaway, making installment payments until our furniture came in. Once it arrived, they were kind enough to store the pieces until closer to the baby's birth. At that time, they sent a courteous driver to deliver them for a $30 charge, and seeing the nervous young parents accepting the delivery, the driver stayed and helped us put the crib together, free of charge. Baby Boudoir has been around for many years and have a stellar reputation for good prices and family-style service. They also have an outlet store that we have visited and the selection does not seems like "outlet" merchandise. It's all new, high quality furniture for a fraction of the original prices. I highly recommend Baby Boudoir!

We built an addition on our home earlier this year and needed a variety of furniture pieces to outfit it. We bought a wood and glass TV stand, its matching coffee table, a large bookshelf, and various shelves and organizational pieces, like these funky magazine holders that you are not embarrassed to have on a shelf! I like that IKEA offers products at various quality levels, from "this only needs to last a year" to "we want to have this around for awhile." We bought pieces at the higher end and have been very pleased with their durability. And of course, the European styling is a wonderful touch. Even the higher end pieces are not terribly expensive compared to other furniture stores, but they look a lot better than obviously "cheap" furniture. Putting everything together was time consuming but not hard. The sales team was helpful. I was even able to call ahead to make sure that each item was in stock, so as not to waste a trip. I look forward to more excuses to shop IKEA!
