My garage door spring broke and I was stuck not being able to open the door. I placed a request on Home Stars that day and the next day, Katie from ONC called me and I booked a technician to come that day. John arrived and examined what needed to be done. He had all the parts and completed the job within a couple of hours. He even set up my garage door opener and because he made an error in the quoted price he still offered me a discount to offset the slight increase in the cost. He was very efficient and quick and I would highly recommend ONC.

I posted a need to find someone to do this conversion for us and Jad from Canadian Poolscapes was the first to contact me within minutes of the posting. He came by the same day to view the job and gave me a quote and date to do the job. Although there were some delays due to the weather he kept me informed of any changes and promptly arrived and completed the job when he stated he would. I was very satisfied with his work and professionalism.

I May 2017 we had Pioneer pools replace our pool liner. because I was concerned over the noisy vacuum fan I turned it off before the water level was at the appropriate level, causing issue with the liner not properly setting in place, my fault totally admit it. Pioneer has now come out 3x and I'm waiting for a 4x as they have not been able to remove the wrinkles on the bottom of the pool after draining and refilling sx. Have called and left a message for the Service Manager and he has not returned my call. terrible service!!!

We have had hardwood flooring installed and have been very happy with the quality of work During our recent kitchen reno we tried to have the same hardwood flooring installed but the flooring was no longer available yet we had been told it was We had to charge the type of flooring which was disappointing but we still like the new flooring Overall we have been happy with the quality and reasonable price

The serviceman, Eric, was very professional and helpful, pointing out several issues and correcting them immediately, with my permission Yes, he asked me everytime if I wanted him to take care of each issue I have allways been please with the service from AtlasCare and all their staff
