While vacationing in Mexico I had a kitchen flood which my neighbour discovered when checking on our home. Rooterman was able to explain the issue clearly to me and even sent me before and after pictures. They told me I could make payment upon my return however with the online payment option it was so easy to pay right away. Their processionalism was A .
