I wanted to buy a quality railing for two front steps at my home. Although my railing is quite basic, Art-Metal’s insistence on photos and measurements before taking the order made me feel even more confident about using them. It was ready ahead of time and when I went to pick it up (I live in Ottawa) the railing was all ready along with proper screws for the installation and extra black paint in case anything is scratched when being put in place this spring. That’s what I call thinking ahead for the customer and full service!
