I purchased a voucher from Dealfind for the above services on Nov 24 for $69 plus $9 for each addition vent in excess of 15. I followed the instructions as stated in the voucher and called Graham Services on Nov 28 as the voucher cannot be redeemed before Nov 28. I made an appointment with Andre Clark, the one who answered the phone at the time, to come over to our residence on Dec 29, 2010 at 11 a.m. On the Dec 28 I called Andre to confirm the appointment. Since no one answered, I left a message on Andre's voice mail. I took the day off on the 29th and waited for them, 11 o'clock came and passed. I called Graham Services at 11:37 a.m., 12:30 pm and 3:00 pm. I left messages on all occasions as no one was answering the phone., Unfortunately, no one from Graham Services returned my called or showed up. I called again the next day, Dec 30 at around 10 a.m. I left a message again, with both Andre. Then I called again and left another message with the main customer services to which my called was directed when I pressed 0. Again, no one returned my called. Since Dec 31 and Jan 1 and 2 were weekends and holidays, I waited until January 3 to make the call again. Unfortunately, I still could not get anybody on the phone. I have no choice but to leave another message for Andre and another one with the customer services. I don't know what's going on. I could not get anybody on the phone and no one returned my calle. Up to today, nobody called me back. Is Graham Services still in business. Graham Services lost its credibility completely as far as I am concerned.
