Last evening....I turned up the thermostat after a long day....on one of the coldest nights of the year...I noticed after a while that my condo wasn't warming up, which normally doesn't take long at all....it was actually getting cooler as there was only cold air coming out of the vents....so I turned it off and went to bed... This morning...Looked up furnace repair service for condos, and Climax air came up with wonderful reviews and lots of them....so I gave them a call and spoke to Sam who took my information and told me how busy they were for evening service calls....but would call me back and do the best he could....and to his word....called....tried to squeeze me into his already busy night.... He called me once I was home and actually trouble shooted the problem over the phone and explained all the things that could possibly be causing the cold air....even gave me the name of another company if it was beyond his scope... As it turned out...what we did over the phone...kicked the furnace back to heating....saved me the cost of a service call...and saved Sam from having to physically come to my home.... What a wonderful kind gentleman....especially at this very busy and cold time of year... I will refer him to everyone I know...and definitely call if I have any more hvac issues Thank you Sam....you're the BEST!!!!!

Charles was such a pleasure to work with... He came initially to check my electrical problems in my kitchen as my lights kept coming on and off... He was very professional and explained the problem with the kind of lights I had... He reassured me that my electrical was in good shape, but suggested I replace the type of lighting i had as in a condo, there are more electrical surges that burn out this type of fixture... So he gave me all the information I would need to go and buy new lights... I then rescheduled him to come and replace the lights in the kitchen and also put in 4 new potlights in my living area... Charles and his assistant Fernando, showed up right on time and worked in a timely and very effecient way... They were very neat and tidy and very conscientious of their work! It was a flawless job, and i didn't even have to do any painting or repair where they installed the new potlights! I have and will recommend Charles and his company to everyone.... Thanks Charles!
