The contractor ran away 3 weeks before completion of job. Completed only 25% of the work and ran away with 60% of total funds (meaning we lost $50k+). He threatens to quite continuously. If you want to lose tens of thousands of dollars, hire him. Otherwise, stay as far away from him as possible. He will cut corners wherever possible.
