Very pleased with the work that we got. Kyle gave us an initial quote over the phone, then came out to measure and show us samples of stone that he thought we would like and confirmed that it was an accurate quote. It was competitive with 2 other companies we were looking at and throughout the process Kyle was quick to answer our questions and accommodate changes. The work was done well and he left our kitchen as clean as it was when he came in. I would have no hesitations using Sapphire Surfaces again.

Very pleased with the whole process. George was very hands on and made sure everything was clear from the initial email until the follow up after the cover was delivered. In the best way possible, I would describe George as and old-fashioned buisness man in that he clearly is a great craftsman and cares about his customer's satisfaction. We probably won't need another cover for a while but I will reccomend him to my friends.

I had some trim around a second floor window that was peeling off. Javier came out and gave me a quote that was very reasonable. Later I noticed another section that needed painting and Javier was able to update the quote with just a text message. The work was completed on time with a perfectly clean worksite when they were done. I appreciate the most that they did more work than requested. I wanted just some trim done on the section that I added on later because I wanted the wood protected, but I didn't want the stucco painted to save some money. They did the stucco anyway just because they thought it would look better. I would happily use them again.

After we drove into our garage door, we needed it to be fixed as quickly as possible. We made a service request on Homestars and after talking to a few companies decided it was worth getting a whole new door based on the age of the door and difficulty to find replacement panels. Onc doors came out to take a look the same day, gave us a fair quote based on what other companies offered, for what we think looks like a much better door. From the time I made the service request to when John was finished installing our new door was about 48 hours. It probably could have been even quicker if our schedule allowed. We are very happy with the new door, the work area was spotless and we have nothing but positive things to say about John's professionalism and work ethic.
