They don't honor the warranty! Buyer beware 0 customer service
DON'T BUY FROM THEM AS THEY DO NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY! My Kingsdown Blossom mattress which is still under the 10 yr warranty is sagging and giving me back problems. After a week they called me back saying that I need to pay $250 for shipping and I will be without a mattress for weeks. Also the repair is not guarantee, it may or may not be fully fixed. Absolute B.S. my next mattress purchase will definitely not be with them. I would expect a better service from Mattress Mart but you just lost a customer. I am sorry Mattress Mart but when I purchased this mattress I was told it had a full 10yr non-pro rated warranty and no one mentioned that there will be shipping fees. My mattress did not last 10 years and I do not want to pay 50% of your over priced sales prices. I will complain to the better business bureau about your warranty tactics. WHY WOULD I PAY $649 WHEN MY MATTRESS IS STILL UNDER A 10 NON-PRO RATED WARRANTY?
