Had an emergency at a rental unit, where the furnace broke. They went out of their way to offer immediate service (though they had a family birthday), and when we said it it could wait until morning, they made us their first stop. Highly recommended.

Bill came to clean out our septic tank. We have used him in the past, with similar results. You could say they were crappy, but that's just the nature of the business. Very professional and courteous, it was a very non-invasive procedure. Quick and friendly, he can clean my poop any time!
