First off, I loved that it is a straight hourly rate with no call out fee. Having had work done by a different company recently, it was refreshing to have my concerns addressed with out an extra item I wanted looked at costing an additional fee! Austin was super friendly and after listening to my try to do-it-myself story, he was able to quickly diagnose the problem with my toilet and had the parts on hand to get the job done. He was also willing to show me what I need to do to replaced my kitchen faucet, which I appreciate. You guys will definitely be who I call for my future plumbing needs.
