Repaired floor and installed new shower.
They did a good job, but didn't discuss additional work and costs with me before going ahead with them. I got a surprise when the bill came through for an extra $520 + tax.

Craftsmen Contracting Ltd. had to make a quick decision to replace the shower door as the old one did not fit the opening anymore after rot was repaired in the surrounding walls. The additional costs were for a new shower door and to repair much more extensive rot, both of which were not initially anticipated for the project. Regarding these surprise extra costs, the client forgot to mention in his review he was given an interest free payment program of 6 months to cover them.
