For anyone out there looking to do renovations, I implore you to do everything you can to stay away from this company. I usually would not go out of my way to write something like this, however I feel that given what Mark & Nick (owners) have put us through over the last 12 months, the Toronto community needs to be aware of their less than honest, aggressive ways of dealing with customers. Our story is a classic bait and switch scenario - we got promised the world and delivery was extremely disappointing. 12 months later, after countless e-mails and phone calls begging and pleading for our calls to be returned our kitchen is still not complete! It's fully functional however there are many adjustments, chips and paint issues that have not been addressed, nor will they ever according to Nick. Our kitchen cabinetry was replaced 5 times - wrong door design delivered, then wrong colour, then paint flaws and collapsing paint in the corners, messy touch-ups...you name it, we've lived it. There are so many other areas that have not been addressed - side door that has never been fitted correctly - leaks air, walls not patched up properly - cracking on seams, ceiling not plastered smoothly (messy)...the list goes on and on. On a number of occasions I have had to get in touch with the vendors they used to negotiate with them directly for service calls or to address quality issues. If you care about your investment and don't want to be robbed of your hard earned money - do yourself a favour and stay away from these guys. After 12 months of begging, I've decided to fix these issues myself, rather than continue to live in frustration. For pictures of the shoddy cabinetry or more details, feel free to e-mail me at daronr@rogers.com. I will post some pictures shortly.

What could this company do to improve their services?
Close their doors.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
Do your homework upfront. You're better off starting a project later than anticipated after having seen many many referral jobs, and TALKING with previous clients, than rushing to select a contractor whom will ultimately dissapoint.
