I have used Binnie for many years now for various heating and A/C services. They recently replaced both my furnace and A/C, and have been my "go to" HVAC company for emergency calls and other routine services. Dave, Pat, Paul and the whole crew at Binnie are good people, a pleasure to deal with and fairly priced. They have helped me out of more than one bind, and I highly recommend them.

Ronaldo did a great job and was very friendly and professional throughout. He spent a great deal of time and care prepping the job, including scraping and caulking repair, and the results were great. When some unexpected rain came in and affected some surfaces that hadn't fully dried, he touched them up. He clearly cares about his reputation and the work he does. I would definitely recommend his services.

Binnie is a great company. I have gone to them several times for service on my furnace and air conditioner over the years, and I always get fair, competent, reasonably priced services. They are decent people who treat their customers with respect. When my furnace was finally on its last legs, they put a spare blower in temporarily (no charge) to keep it running until I got back from my vacation when I could replace it. Competitive prices, competent work, honest people ... I highly recommend Binnie to anyone for their HVAC needs.

Due to a miscommunication, the leaking joints in the back were missed, but came back and did them without any fuss. Great company!

Fasada has excellent quality products and great customer service. They helped me pick out the right door and window for what I needed and were very knowledgeable. I have also bought window coverings from them with same level of service. I highly recommend them!
