I did not notice until the installer left that the space at the top of the blind was not consistent. I sent the salesperson an email several days ago and have not heard back.

Sorry Patricia our Design Consultant was away. Once we received that there was an issue we got right back to our customer and resolved her problem. Our office will always make our customers happy from start to finish.
