As part of a larger renovation we wanted to relocate our 100A electrical panel. Chris was the first contractor to get back to us with some concrete answers to our questions and his communication was excellent! He provided a better understanding of what was all involved for the job as we were quite confused with the other quotes. Chris came to our house and scoped out the job, within a few hours he had provided a quote for the work. The job actually cost a little less than we were prepared to spend, and we were so impressed with Chris' communication that we had him start the work as soon as he could fit us in. Chris showed up a few minutes early each day. He managed the permit process and the inspection process. He also managed the final hookup from Enmax. With the changing times from the city inspector and Enmax Chris kept us in the loop and everything went very smoothly. He took great care to make sure everything around the mast entrance on the roof was sealed and water tight. Our electrical panel is now in a much more practical location and we could not be more pleased about it! We will totally be using Chris for the rest of the electrical in the basement and will happily refer him to anyone in need of an electrician. It is rare to find a contractor who communicates as well as Chris, he is very friendly always on time and very upfront about his prices. It was a great experience overall!
