Milan Stojanovic did a wonderful job. He prepared the surfaces and fixed cracks and holes in the walls. He also went above and beyond what was included in the contract. For example, he painted the backs of the stairs and painted both sides of the doors in the hallways, even though that was not part of the job he agreed to do, and did not charge more for doing this for me. He always cleaned up at the end of the day, and even though he worked at my home for almost a week, he took his equipment with him every evening and left the work area clean and tidy. I appreciated this, as it meant that plaster dust and debris was not tracked into the bedroom areas. He is very courteous, considerate and professional. The stairwell was very difficult to paint as the ceilings are higher in some areas. After he finished the job, we did a walkthrough and he offered to do any touchups if needed. None were needed. I would highly recommend Milan Stojanovic. His price was fair. He is highly professional and a very gracious person.
