We experienced a furnace failure. It was expected as our old system was 20 years old. We found Tempasure after we read many, many brand manufacturer product reviews. Tempasure was listed as a provider and installer on the manufacturers website, along with a few others. Len's response was professional and authentically caring. He broke down each step in the purchase and installation process. It was a pretty easy choice for us to proceed with Tempasure. The installation was quick and in only took a few hours. The entire area was very clean when they were done. The installer, Adam, even rerouted a water drainage tube so that it was out of the way, wrapping it around the wall and under our dryer. It's these little things that assured me that we made the right choice. There are two small things that kept the score from being a full 10/10. We were not able to get the original furnace that we wanted, which had connectivity that we could monitor via app. Tempasure only carried the top of the line model, which we are proud to owe as we feel it is the best on the market... even if it did cost a bit extra. The second is that the final cost (completely worth it) would not allow us to recommend this particular furnace to friends and family that may not be able to afford the best on the market appliance prices.
