Courteous, professional and clean work! Sam diagnosed, took apart, repaired and reassembled our dryer efficiently. Though the repair was completed, some noise lingered on. Sam was quick to respond and revisited to address the tightening of a screw which was causing the problem. Sam did not charge us for extra effort though he had to disassemble and assemble the dryer twice. We will not hesitate to call again if any of our large appliances breakdown. Thanks again!
