Our furnace broke down. We called Convertible and they came for a quote. They were straight up and didn't try selling us anything extra. The visit was quick and easy. We decided to proceed and had a new furnace installed the next morning by their emergency crew. The installer was friendly and very professional. We reached out afterwards with some questions and they got back to us right away. We couldn't be happier.
