Sar has been helping me attend to my rodent problems at a number of houses over the years. But the house at Venables was the most concerning because before I bought it, the rodent population was neglected and overran the house. After a few months of treatment, Sar had the situation under control much to the delight of the tenants! Always very amenable and quick to help! Thank you Sar!
This roof was particularly difficult due to its pitch and that it had old asphalt shingles under the existing shingles. John and his crew worked very diligently and efficiently on this terrible roof and all my neighbours were so pleased that they worked so hard! and without damage to their properties! Job well done!
