DRTJ Systems is unprofessional and incompetent. The owner/operator was very responsive as he began the job. This ended after he had accepted the bulk of the payment. Once he had his money he refused to return phone calls or to finish the work that had been detailed in the job contract. What's more, the work DRTJ Systems did do was done poorly. He broke light fixtures that I had purchased for installation, and the appearance of even simple outlets and switches that he installed was amateurish. Worst of all was the unsafe condition in which DRTJ Systems left our house. He left live wires exposed in our wall, and another live wire exposed in our circuit box, causing a short circuit when the replacement electrician tried to unscrew the cover.
