I required a replacement for a broken roller on my overhead garage door. I visited their head office and was told by the receptionist that she wasn`t sure if the part was available. I thought this was unusual as they had installed my door a few years earlier. She eventually called me to say the part wasn`t available any longer. I subsequently found the correct part in the local canadian tire store. Adams serviceman came to my home and quickly repaired the door. He oiled the door also and tightened the door chain. I was impressed with his thoroughness.
