vinyltek euro door and windows have design flaws, leaks cold air and spiders can come through the door hinges. insects can come thru the edges of the screens. waited for 2 years and they have not come to fix the issues. they keep changing the personnels in the service department. vinyltek casement windows are noisy and strong winds can make it open wider unless it is locked.
