The magnitron in my microwave stopped working and so I needed to seek out a GE authorized technician in the Ottawa area, because thankfully the part was still under warranted. Richmond appliances was very accommodating and provided excellent service! I recommend their services highly.
I recently had my front and back deadbolds rekeyed. The service was great. I was able to switch both my front door and back door deadbolts to work with the same key. It was a quick and painless process!
Air Conditioner repair and maintenance
I employed the services of Reid Heating and Cooling to maintain and repair my old central Air Conditioning unit. They did a great job and it runs better than ever. I think it even saves me on electricity bills because it is now more efficient to run.

Furnace maintenance, repair and cleaning
Reid's was great. They came on time and did a great job maintaining, repairing and cleaning my gas furnace. Bonus- they also schedule evening appointments for those of us that work during the day.
