Scott Huxley is the gentleman I made first contact with. Scott was terrific in understanding my needs with respect to a security system for my home. Top marks to Scott for explaining everything which helped decide ADT's system was for me. Technician was alright when it came to installing the system. However, he did not follow through on his promise to deliver the lawn sign nor window decals. In the end, I had to travel to the installers office to obtain the sign and decals. Very disappointed with the installers not following through on his promise.
