Kevin is a great inspector, He is very thorough, inspected every nook of the house plus he has a latest technology with no additional fee. We've meet 2 inspector on our previous house but he is the only one who really sat and explain all the issues about the house that we will going to buy. We have so many questions and he answer them all very well. I will highly recommend him. 2 thumbs up!
