Thank you Air Maker and Shabnam for your excellent customer service ! Our AC was down on July 21, a recording breaking weather temperature day unfortunately. I could't find the real problem, so I called Air Maker who installed the AC four years ago. It was 4:30 pm already , for such a short noticed request , my expectation for a quick fix was low, worried it would be a sleepless night without AC. To my surprise, Shabnam called me back within a few minutes, after knowing the main failure symptoms she kindly arranged a technician visit at 7 PM ! A technician arrived my home on time, a friendly and informative young man. He made a quick diagnosis of the whole AC system, found the issue was not with AC but with the defective thermostat. He helped to replace a new thermostat and the problem was solved, our AC started working again ! We had a sound sleep that night. I highly recommend Air Maker to everybody, for its fantastic Customer Services.

Shawn provided me an excellent PDI service with reasonable price for my new constructed home on 15-Dec-2011. It relieved my earlier quality concerns and helped to identify many defects that I could not find by myself. With his finds and comprehensive inspection report, I feel confident to communicate with builder during the home warranty period. I was very impressed by Shawn's working ethics. In order to verify a construct defect identified during inspection, he spent additional time to research Build Codes and specified in the report. It is a 100% "P.Eng" attitude ! Thanks Shawn !
