Think twice if you want the tiles from them
They have an unusual design of the tiles that we could not find anywhere else. One of the orders went smoothly and we enjoy our new backsplash now. However, we wanted a bit different set of tiles next to the backsplash. We saw the ones that we liked in-store in Mississauga. We placed the order and waited... and waited... and waited. It has not been even shipped!!! We were calling the store several times to find out when it will be shipped but to no avail. After 4 weeks of waiting, we have cancelled the order today. And we did not even hear the standard: "Sorry about that." at the very end of our conversation. Make sure you choose reliable suppliers before you decide to sell their tiles. Saves you and your customers the bad experience.

Thank you Maria for your review. We are always updating our showroom as we see great importance in having the latest tile and plumbing fixtures available. I am very happy to hear everything turned out well with your backsplash. Your most recent purchase on January 11 was for an exclusive tile line, which you were told at time of receiving the sample would take 4-6 weeks to arrive. Despite deciding to cancel the order, the tiles have arrived within the time frame. Unfortunately when you inquired on your order daily, there was no further change on the initial ETA. We wish you all the best with your renovations and would hope for another opportunity to assist you again and show you materials that are more readily available.
