The two men who arrived to remove my junk were extremely polite, quick, friendly and helpful. They did a great job removing my junk and approximating its weight along the way (so that I would know when I was approaching the maximum weight for which I had paid). My only quibble is that I was given a 3-hour window for their arrival so I requested that the office call me when they were en route but I did not receive a call. Other than that minor issue, I was extremely pleased with the service and will not hesitate to use them again. I recommend them without reservation.

My boiler broke down. Chris was knowledgeable, polite, punctual and helpful. He explained everything to me in clear terms that I could understand. Atlascare obtained the part I needed and came back the same day to fix the problem. I was very please with the service.
