Incompetent diagnosis. Guess's what's wrong without any diagnostic tools! Said it was one thing then when told THAT was replaced already said it's another. Already alerted GE that they should not be authorized to work on their products as well. Stay away. Just a shame that there isn't a rating lower than 0
