Had Dean over at my place to install an alarm for me. He is very professional and know his stuff. The best part of this whole experience is the customer service he provides. No calling 800 numbers and pressing numbers to speak to a live person. He answers his phone non stop and will not let you go until problem solved over the phone. As far I know you wont find a guy in Ottawa who takes better care of his clients. TC
