Michael was punctual, professional and very thorough with his work. He took the time to carefully look over the house in immense detail, answered all my questions, and provided small recommendations for things that needed to be done. He also made recommendations for things I needed to immediately do as well, and emphasize the importance. Furthermore, Michael taught me a lot about the home by explaining the heating and electrical system, and where everything is ran. I will definitely be using him in the future!
