I bought a washer and dryer unit on Monday nov 16th , with an invoice stating 1 year warranty.on nov 18, the washer stop working and when I call they want me tj send a picture of the unit!!! They don’t even know what they sell even there’s an invoice. Now when I call they know my phone no and don’t pick up! They are a fake and they just bait you and forget about warranty!

My washer and dryer stopped working. I paid for parts and labour and after 3 weeks, , no one calls me... I had been without a machine for 3 weeks, eventually had to get a new machine... and then when i call to cancel the service, not ony they weren't understanding, but they charged me 20% for apparently stocking fee ( nearly $$150). NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!! So in total ive lost about $300 and the issue hadn't been solved Be careful they aren't interested in service, customer care but only milking money! So Un- Canadian!!!!!!!
